4. Where do they genuinely diverge? What would a military veteran's transition resources offer that a craft guild wouldn't? What wisdom is tradition-specific?
5. For someone experiencing job displacement or career uncertainty, what would each tradition offer specifically? Not generic advice, but practices rooted in that service/craft culture.
